RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
We at Nordic24.se obviously want you as a customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase and your goods. That's why we always offer open purchase and right of withdrawal for 90 days from the time you receive the item.
Right of withdrawal
We offer 90 days open purchase on undamaged and unused products. Please note that the product and its packaging must be in new condition when you return the item. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of used or damaged product and packaging.
How to return an item:
- Notify us via another email support@nordic24..se that you regret your purchase. In the message, it is important that your name, your address, your e-mail address, your order number and which goods the return applies to are clearly stated. We always try to respond within 24 hours.
- You will soon receive a reply email with an attached return slip and return form for printing. Please complete the return form and place it together with the item you are returning.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is well packaged, unused and undamaged when returned. It is important that the product is sent back in its original packaging together with all associated parts and instructions for use.
- Feel free to use the same packaging when returning as when the product was delivered as it is within these dimensions the return slip applies. Make sure the return slip is properly stuck or taped to the package and hand it in to your post office. Always save the receipt from the postal agent that you have sent your return.
- Please return the product as soon as possible but no later than within 90 days.
- Refunds are made in the same way as when you made your payment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you as a consumer.
- Products that have the character of sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you as a consumer.
- Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
- Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.
- Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example food.
- Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.

Claims and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent out for delivery. Should you, despite this, receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to remedy the error free of charge.
How to advertise an item:
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. You do this by sending a message to support@nordic24.se. Please include your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error. Also attach a picture or video that clearly shows the defect.
- It is important that you notify us immediately after the defect has been discovered. We always try to respond within 24 hours.
- In cases where we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from General Complaints Board.
I want to cancel my order. How do I?
- Contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@nordic24.se and notify us that you are canceling your order and state your order number. If your item has not yet had time to be packed and leave the warehouse, your order will be cancelled. We have a crediting period of approx. 7 working days for refund if your order has already been paid for.
- If your item has already been packed and left the warehouse, we unfortunately cannot stop it. If you regret your purchase, please follow the steps above to complete a return of your item.
Limitation of liability:
- We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
- We disclaim responsibility for delays or errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, a labor dispute, fire, war, authority decision or non-delivery from a supplier.
- Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
- We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products.
